Gracious biblical truth

I am a firm believer that the Truth found in God’s Word can and will radically transform one’s life. When it is read, studied and applied to the heart, we are changed. We begin to love Him more and our desire to live in obedience to Him becomes the goal of our life.

marriage & family

After 38 years of marriage to a driven husband, 3 moves, 3 kids, 3 kid-in-laws (is that a word?) and 7 grand-babes, there are a few things I’ve learned. It is by the grace of God that we have all these blessings and by us choosing to do life as we’re told to in His Word.

purposeful suffering

Not one of us is immune to suffering and many of us do not understand why God allows us to walk through some really hard times. There is a wide variety of ways that God uses our suffering. I believe the two big ones are, to grow us and to bring glory to Him.
